Bibarsov Khadijah Alievna was born 13 Feb 1966 in S. guards Nadterechny district of the Chechen Republic. After graduating from high school in 1983 moved to Saratov, where still resides. In 2008, he gathered around himself a concerned, with an active lifestyle girls and organized a women's public organization "Rodnik", which is a structural subdivision of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of the Saratov region. Priority activities of the organization - charity, public relations, cultural activities, blood donation, organization of leisure of women, and much more. Khadijah Bibarsov was the initiator and organizer of many community projects and campaigns such as "give a bit of life," "From heart to heart", "Lessons of Friendship", "healthy body, healthy mind" and many others.All-Russian conference "the Role of women in modern society" organized by Saratov women's organization "Rodnik" in 2013 with the support of the Council of Muftis of Russia and under the auspices of the Union of Muslims of Russia gathered more than 200 active Muslim women from different regions of our country – Moscow, Tatarstan, Dagestan, Bashkortostan, Mordovia, Samara, Saratov, Penza and Ulyanovsk regions.
