Dr Saadia Mian is a practicing Endocrinologist in Dearborn, MI. After studying Arabic, Quran and sacred knowledge in Syria at the age of 23, she achieved an Ijaza in the Hafs recitation from Shaykh Abu Hassan Al-Kurdi (May Allah swt be pleased with him) and also from Shaykh Raji Krayyim. Dr Saadia Mian helped to launch the Ribaat Quran program and remains a member of the founding board. She released her book, 'The Crowning Venture' provides tips and advices for women, empowering them to pursue their passion in memorising the Quran and discredits negative ideas about women memorizing the Quran.
