Born 1973 9-Aug in the Osh region, in the village of Kara Kulja.

2005-2013 lecturer at the madrasah.Between 2008-2010, the Imam Khatib of a mosque in district 7 capital.2010-2013 Kazi of the city of Bishkek.2013 July to 2014 he was the Deputy mufti of Kyrgyzstan. Since 2014 was the mufti and 4 April this year, was re-elected to this position.
